    There are no words to describe the magic that happens between horses and autistic children. Its the same thing that happens when a “hot” horse has a child on it’s back and suddenly slows, lowers it’s head, and takes care not to hurt the wee one on top. There is a other world connection that cannot be explained.

      Thanks for the comment, Katie. My daughter (Anna Grimm) shares so many of these kind of stories from her practice. We saw it when our kids were little and the gentle response the horses provided them. That connection between horse and human is phenomenal.
